The Compassionate Carer Circle
A 3-month coaching membership for people supporting loved ones with mental health struggles.
If you're constantly showing up for someone else's needs but feel like no one sees what you go through... you're in the right place.
This circle is designed to support you, the carer, with the tools, guidance, and community you need to stay grounded, connected, and resourced.
You’ll be joining a group of people in a similar situation to you, who truly get it. Being a caregiver is a tough job, but with the right support, it can be much easier.
Why this space exists
Because caring for someone else should not mean erasing yourself.
Because “being strong” doesn’t mean you should suffer silently.
Because you’re allowed to need support even when you’re the one giving it.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not a crisis hotline.
It’s steady, week-by-week support from someone who understands the emotional weight of caregiving — and a group of people who live it too.
Together, we’ll help you:
- Prevent burnout before it happens
- Speak your needs out loud (and be met with compassion)
- Care without collapsing
Why join the Compassionate Carer Circle?
We know all too well how tough it can be caring for someone who has a mental health challenge. It can feel isolating, lonely… like no one else gets it.
This group is for you if you’ve ever wondered if you’re doing the right thing. It’s for you if the act of caring fills you with pride… but also drains you.
We want to create a community of people who understand the challenges of caring for someone, but want some tailored support and guidance while they do it.
Ultimately, we want to give you the tools to continue to care, without it taking a toll on you.
Feel seen, heard, and validated by people who understand what you're carrying
Enjoy a space where you can talk about mental health without fear or judgement
Get expert guidance on how to navigate emotional exhaustion and hard conversations
Learn how to set boundaries without guilt or conflict

Get tailored advice from an expert, when you need it, 24/7
If you’ve ever thought:

You care for them. This space cares for you.

Meet your coach
Hi, I’m Nick McEwan-Hall.
I’m a certified mental health coach, educator, and long-time advocate for carers who feel like the world only sees the people they care for — and not them.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of compassionate carers:
Stop the burnout cycle
Reclaim time and space for themselves
Learn how to stay regulated without disconnecting from the people they love
I created this circle because I’ve seen firsthand how isolating it can be to support someone with mental health challenges.
You’re often expected to be endlessly patient, available, and emotionally stable — with no one asking, “And how are you?”
This space is where we finally ask you that question.
And make sure you get what you need, too.
Let’s walk through this together.
Do as much - or as little - as you like
We know that life is busy, especially when you are caring for someone. There’s no requirement to take part in every part of the program – you are free to engage in as much or as little as you like, to help manage your mental load.
Part of your toolkit
As someone who cares for someone else, you no doubt have a toolkit that you have built over time.
Carers are resourceful – we get stuff done when we need to.
The carer circle is about providing you with support and guidance as you need it. This isn’t a replacement for the professional supports you already have in place, rather it’s designed to help ensure you are doing the things you need to, in order to keep doing what you want to.
If you're curious about joining our next intake, lets chat.
Reach out via the form below, and we’ll arrange a time for a free, no-obligation chat about the program. It’s a chance to ask any questions you may have, and to work out if it’s a good fit for you.
