Sometimes when we set you up for your elearning on the MHFA system, the system sends blank emails, or occasionally no email at all.

If this is the case, you can most likely still access your elearning following the steps below.

Step 1

Head to the The Mental Health First Aid elearning platform, which is at https://elearning.mhfa.com.au/.

Step 2

Click “create or reset password”

Step 3

Enter the email address you used to enrol with us. This will be the email address that we have sent your welcome email to.

Step 4

Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the steps to complete the process.

Step 5

Head back to the MHFA Elearning site and log in. When you log in, your elearning should be available to you.

What to do if these steps didn’t work

Please submit a support request by using the button at the top of the page.

Because we are reliant on the MHFA site for elearning, there are limitations to what we can action. If we need to loop in the MHFA support team, we will do this on your behalf and ensure you are included in any emails.

If you have completed your facilitated sessions (and elearning for online courses), and not received an email from MHFA Australia inviting you to complete your accreditation, you’ll need to get in touch with MHFA directly.

Unfortunately, this part of the process happens on the MHFA Australia website, and we don’t have access to the system to investigate and rectify this on your behalf.

Try this first

If you undertook a course with us that included elearning, log back into your elearning account on the MHFA site, and you should be able to access the accreditation process.

If you did not undertake elearning, or if this does not work, you’ll need to get in touch with the MHFA Helpdesk.

To get in touch with the MHFA Helpdesk….

  • Send an email to mhfa@mhfa.com.au
  • It’s useful if you can include “have not received accreditation link” in your subject line.
  • CC us into your helpdesk request using email support@thementalhealthcoach.com.au
  •

The MHFA Helpdesk is experiencing a huge amount of demand at the moment, so replies may be delayed.

Rest assured, we are here to support you and ensure that you will get your certificate of accreditation.

Thankyou for your patience!
