The Mental Health Coach began as a vehicle to deliver evidence-based, effective change through Mental Health First Aid to areas of our society that would otherwise lack the tools to reach beyond the stigma and have an open approach to mental wellbeing. Public events & keynote speaking is the natural conclusion of our work. We bring the same open attitude, comfortable atmosphere, and research-led knowledge & results to our opportunities on stage.
