Psychological Safety
Reliable, evidence-based reporting to empower your teams
Take the guesswork out of your mental health strategy with our psychological safety consultation, and we’ll help you plan the simple steps to reaching your goals.
Every workplace has different needs
Each workplace culture is made up of unique individuals from diverse backgrounds – regardless of the size of your organisation, simply following a standard mental health training plan is unlikely to give you the best outcome.
Consider how physical health best practices differ from business to business, and take a similar approach to mental health. Psychological safety is a large field with many different dangers or hazards, often differing completely between businesses, so the right approach isn’t always immediately obvious.
Not unlike other business decisions, reliable information & insights drive greater success. We use accurate, evidence-based reporting to help you identify the strengths and weaknesses of your workplace mental health approach, and work closely with you to plan ahead and help you reach your goals.

Inclusive For All
Mental health awareness is critical for everyone - we design our services to be equally accessible regardless of your experience in life. We offer sensory aids, fidget tools, and customised courses to give you the best experience. Don’t hesitate to tell us what you need.
Psychological Safety reporting, training & support
In our consultancy with your business, we help you identify the four stages of psychological safety in your workplace; inclusion, learner, contributor, and challenger, and show you the benefits of ensuring their role in your work environment. We perform evidence-based, accurate reporting on where you currently stand, and help you plan ahead to where you need to be.
We offer a range of highly customisable courses to fit a distinct, step-wise plan to upskill your team, improve your culture, showcase your success, and reach your business goals through the support and advancement of talented people.
The outcome of Psychological Safety in the workplace
A dedicated focus on the psychological safety of your team can be more than ensuring health and wellbeing – improving your work environment also empowers your team to achieve more.
Attract talented individuals
Industry-leading talent, more than anyone, are driven by culture and purpose. Provide a effective, supportive work environment and you’ll soon see it filled with determined people.
Support innovation
The creative, high-risk attitudes and decisions that lead to powerful innovation is stifled in psychologically unsafe environments. According to DCA’s Inclusion at Work Index, psychologically safe people are 5 times as likely to solve problems with innovative solutions.
Improve your customer experience
Psychological safety improves the consistency of your customer-facing teams, encourages empathetic approaches to problems, and lets your customers see how you value the mental wellbeing of your employees.

“Better mental health outcomes benefit everybody, and with the right skills and knowledge, anyone can make a difference”
In Australia, and also the wider world, mental health outcomes continually fail to meet the standards of a healthy, functioning society. It’s an issue that deserves our attention – to overcome stigmas and create an environment where people are supported through tough times. We believe it can be achieved with a dedicated response from everyday people.
The Mental Health Coach is our way to improve the support available to vulnerable people all throughout society in a tangible, lasting way. With knowledge from evidence-based training and the confidence to share experiences with peers, we work with you to make a difference.
Nick started The Mental Health Coach with this in mind. From his background as coach, counsellor, facilitator and leader of multidisciplinary teams, he came to understand the wide variety of ways different people engage with learning.
Through programs like the globally-recognised Mental Health First Aid training, TMHC reaches people throughout society. We help people build safer, stronger, more supportive places to work, live and grow. By sharing the knowledge and skills that help make an impact when it matters most, we can all work together to move the needle in the right direction.
