Mental Health First Aid Refresher

Mental Health First Aid Refresher

Refresh your skills in spotting the signs of a mental health problem talking to someone about their mental health encouraging someone to get support

Refresher courses are 6 hour, online courses that allow people who have previously completed a Standard Community or Workplace Mental Health First Aid course, to refresh their knowledge and skills.

Accredited as a Mental Health First Aider and looking to refresh your knowledge? The Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course is a great opportunity to extend your accreditation for another 3 years, so that you are equipped to help your community for longer.

Our professional MHFA Refresher Course is the perfect way to stay updated with the newest additions to the field of mental health without having to retake the whole course again. The training focuses only on evidence-based MHFA strategies, just like the MHFA & Youth MHFA courses.

You’ll learn the most up to date practices in providing Mental Health First Aid and receive an updated Mental Health First Aid manual and a certificate.
